1/2 cup containers

Someone recently said they were looking for 1/2 cup containers for their food. I found some GladWare containers "mini rounds" at the grocery store today..8 in a pack. I know they won't last too long but at least I have a start. I don't want to store my foods in larger containers cuz it would be too easy to eat more. I have a ton of larger containers of all brands but this new lifestyle pares everything down so I better get with it.

I love those 1/2 cup containers.   Four of them are perfect for the SF pudding.   I've been using them since my surgery in January.  I throw them in the dishwasher.  I t hink they have held up well. 
They are perfect size.
I think Walmart has different brands of them also.

They last a lot longer than you would think for the price you pay.  I have about 30 of them in my closet.  My wife and I both had RNY, so it makes it easy for food storage.

I work overnight and eat all night long.  Every 2 or 3 hours.  I have to in order to maintain my weight (I love the sound of that).  I also use the 1 cup ziploc bowls.  I use them for my veggies and just eat a little bit, then close it.

I found some containers in the Baby Dept. that I like. They also have some that are the size of our pudding cups. I love them. This helps me keep track of what I am eating.

Alice, i also found small bowls in baby department at walmart.

Alice, I have a collection of 1/2 cup and 1 cup containers with leftovers stored in the freezer for grab and go lunches for work.  Makes life so easy!  I've found them at Big Lots a little cheaper than the grocery or WalMart.
