What we are eating and what's eating us.Thursday!!
Hello my dear friends. This is the 1st thing I have been able to do today. I just finished another bathroom marathon that started at 1AM, and it is almost 10 now.
I did manage 6 ozs of water. If do not tolerate fluids, I will go to the ER, or Olivia has promised to shackle me and take me.
B- Water L-Water....you get the idea??

B - protein shake
S - cheese
L - chicken alfredo and eggplant
S - protein shake OR protein bar OR peanut butter w a couple of wheat crackers
D - got enough chicken alfredo for the two of us, but I'm kinda tired of it. If home early enough to cook, will do that and save chick alf for tomorrow!

Linda, I am concerned about you and this bout of problems that you are having. I think that you should do something now, you sure don't need to dehydrate. That could cause you some serious problems. Please keep us posted on what is going on with you.
Today is a alright day. Nothing exciting going on here. Just a plain old day I guess and that isn't always bad. I talked on the phone all afternoon yesterday so I didn't get much done here. Today is going to be different.
B: sf oatmeal with fresh peach (OMG they are such good peaches) and a slim fast low carb chocolate shake
L: one half sandwich made with whole wheat bread (1 slice), mustard, smoked turkey and cheese with onion (that was yummy too)
D: something with the ground round that I took out of the freezer with veggies
S: not sure there will be one today
Take care of yourself and I will be saying some heavy duty special prayers for you, dear one. I am sending love and plenty of hugs to you also. Please let us know what the doctor says when you go.
