Gone for a couple weeks

I am gonna miss this board.................boo hoo................
I will be gone for a couple of weeks.   I have gotten in the habit of checking this board a couple times a day.  I am gonna go through withdrawl.
We are doing a mother daughter trip to Washington DC and West Virgina via Amtrak.
When we get back my daughter will have to go to Omaha for surgery.  She saw the obgyn oncologist today.   She will have one of her ovaries removed, they don't think it is malignant.  We are keeping our fingers crossed and also saying lots of prayers about this.  They can't do it lapriscopily since the cysts are too big that are there.
I might check in once in awhile not sure if our motel has wireless internet.

Barb, you will be missed while you are out having a wonderful time with your daughter. Enjoy your time together. Life has a way of making things so busy that times like this are few and far between at times. Know that while you are gone our OFF family will be missing a very part of it's family.

Prayers are going up for your daughter and her surgery too.

hi barb!!! hope you have a good time with your daughter on this trip!!! i have never been on a train and would love to try it sometime!!! know that you and your daughter will be on our minds and ofcourse prayers going out for your daughter that her surgery will be good and all will be taken out this time...again have fun!!!

Oh Barb you won't even miss us you will be having such a good time. I am glad you are going to have this trip with your daughter. My best times are road trips with my daughter, I probably won't get any more since she is a married lady now. Yes yes yes I will have her in my prayers, Traveling blessing to you
