hi eileen!!! exactly what both rick and i said!!! if this one doesn't work out there are other places to try!!!! but we want THIS one so bad!!!! its so nice and big and the price is right!!!! we have soooo many plans for OUR new place!!!

Judy, I can only parrot what the others have already said. One suggestion... am sure you have thought of it already. DON'T wait to hear on the apt.... keep looking. Who knows what is coming available. If it comes through - good. If not then you will be one step ahead by looking at others. you know we are here for you... the end is in sight..... Millie
