Welcome to Tuesday part one. For the newbies, we decided awhile ago not to have Mondays anymore,so we have 2 Tuesdays, and are trying for 2 Saturdays...smile.
B-Mozz. Cheese Sticks L- SB Chicken and Green Beans D-Chicken Salad and Honey Dew melon S- Vanilla Yogurt (Carb Master).

I am up very early...I will face the day with vigor.

I slept like a baby - up every two hours  YAWN

A busy schedule means no nap today. Better get moving and start this day.

Hey sis! I gave in and laid on my couch, I had to lay down girl! I slept until 1:30, tried to get up and fell, not far, but on the %^%$# knee!!
Ahh well, I am up and dressed. I need to complete a compliance class BEFORE I punch in so screw them on my extra break time last week, I am a even Steven kinda gal, you know that.
Well, time to load up the walker.

 ~*~*~*~*~*~   GASP.....  Oh No...  Owie  Owie  on the knee....    Sounds like it isn't going to slow you up....  Nope, not our girl.....   I've been on my feet a lot lately and my knees and ankles are letting me know exactly where they are..  aaarrgghh   I do better when I do stretching exercises in the a.m. but am falling back into old habits... sigh....

Good Morning my dear friend Linda......

In kind of a hurry this morning. I will be leaving for Children's Hospital soon. I will try to post but don't know if I will get much done.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!
How do we keep you upright? Please be careful sweetie!!

The rest of the next few days will be a mystery....hospital and restuarant meals. I WILL follow my healthy eating. My family chooses healthy eating too so that will make it soooo much easier!!

Happy Tuesday part one OFFers!  So far to day I am feeling much better.  I've been clicking my heels like Dorothy and saying 'there's no place like home...there's no place like home'. 

OUCH!  Linda!  I bet you filled in the &)(*&##$ quite nicely when you fell.  Be careful girlie.  We can't have you out of commission! 

Today is Liquid protein, water, chicken broth and sf jello. 

I made my appointment to get my drain out - Friday at 8:50.  I'll be so glad to rid myself of this appendage - lol.
