Well here I sit..also awake!

 It's true..I'm here!  Hello, family!

Im finally back on track..Im using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - tapping my chakras and accupressure points several times a day.

Also, Im using my subliminal CD that Dr Feir made for me.

Okay. I KNOW that sounds strange but it's WORKING for me on binging, cravings, head hunger..the CD and the EFT both assist me in being stronger in my determination to eat right and healthy and to stay on track...woohoo!  I even use EFT to get rid of hot flashes/power surges!

I have lost almost all of the excess weight that I'd gained by falling back into old habits!!  So I FEEL like a million bucks..a friend told me on Saturday, that I looked HOT!!

I eat alot less..I was eating still too much and too often.  Now Im into a great healthy routine again. And best of all, I FEEL good..physically and emotionally.

This weekend has been so busy! Ive made low-sugar peach jam, pear jam with slivered almonds, and mixed fruit jam...with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.

I made pureed fruits (strawberry, peach & mixed fruit) and froze each kind in ziplock freezer bags and laid flat to freeze...now I can break off a small piece for treats or to put on top of a piece of cheese...now that's a tasty treat and NO sugar in the puree...just fresh fruit and lemon juice.

In addition, because my garden floweth over, I made 8 quarts of spicy chili sauce.  I was tired but very happy by the time that I was done.

Some of this will be used for gifts.

Tonight I started to rip out my crocheted bright pink short-sleeved sweater...because, by the time I'd finished crocheting it, I'd lost weight and now it's way too big...am I complaining??  NOT!  *rip! rip! rip those stitches fast!*

Im doing another series of FEEL GOOD kits for children and last week I was asked to illustrate yet another children's book for a well-known meditation guru.  Funny how these things happen!

Last week I packed up all my FAT clothes and away they go!!  That was really hard for me but I got brutal..I had to.

My little special outside-kitty, LilyRose, was born, rather FLAT and moved around like a turtle, with her back legs sticking out to the sides..I said she looked like a platypuss so Derek promptly named her FLAT-a-PUSS!

But she has such spirit and scampered about, dragging her back half around with pizazz, so I felt she needed a beautiful name to match her attitude.  I've been massaging her back legs and hip muscles daily...very gently, since she is so small...

I'd done research and some Vets said "put it down right away" and one doctor said, it could be genetic or it could be merely over-crowding in the uterus...so that's why I gently massaged her..and amazingly enough, today, her back legs work normally!!

Yes..day by day, her muscles grew stronger and she gradually pulled her back legs in and upright instead of straight out the sides!  LilyRose still FEELS a bit flat-chested..poor lil crittter..maybe I should have called her   Mae West!

Well, I just drank a hot choclate protein drink (Matrix) and will try again to sleep.

See Janet?  I said I'd post  *big happy smiles*

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*   Oh Nancy,  it's nice to see someone else canned.  I get into freezing berries, and a few veggies.  The berries are put into small snack baggies to use in protein drinks or just snacks.  Then I can fruit using very little sugar.  I put up peaches, pears, apricots, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce (my own recipe) and then I did chutneys.... pear, and peach w/pineapple & orange. Oh yes, and pickled beets.  This year I didn't put up jams or jellies...  have some from last year and I don't eat them much anymore.

Hope your little kitty makes a full recovery.  My son found a small kitten all tangled up in a badminton net in an empty house.  She is still traumatized  and won't come out of hiding.  She goes to the vet today.

Nancy:

What a great Wow moment ... ripping up the sweater because it was too big. I know  it was a lot of work to make, but it must feel good to rip because it's too big.

Way to go!

Jan,

That trike is HUGE!! I remember the first time I dumped my motorcycle. No harm to me or the bike but it sure was heavy to get back up. The person giving me lessons just stood near and made me get the thing up on my own. He said if I was going to learn how to ride it was important to figure out how to get it up too.

Kisses

Hi Jan and everyone:

I'll bet you're all wondering ... what is Eileen doing up so early? Well, I haven't been to bed yet! It's the tough life of a movie extra. Yes, this was the day ... or Sunday was the night ... or whatever day it was of our big debut in "The Steam Experiment." Saw Armand Assante and Val Kilmer ... Val actually spoke to me ... well, toward me ... I was waiting to get past him, and his assistant was getting him a bar or something out of his fanny pack, and I stood there while they blocked the hall ... finally Kilmer said, "You know, you're blocking her path." His assistant apologized and let me through to the "holding area" ... which we know as advertising.
It was a lot of waiting around and a very long night ... by the end, I was developing a headache and thought for sure I was going to hurl. Fortunately, I didn't do it until I got home. I sat down, took my drugs, had some peppermint tea, sipped some water and about the time I thought I was feeling better, up it came  ... fortunately, it looked like it was just the tea ... I think the drugs stayed down, because I sure feel sleepy enough , so I think that's all I say for now. The headache is going away and it's time for bed (it's 7 a.m. and I have to work later at 5 p.m.)

More later.
