Congrats on getting to the losers bench!!!! I have been only sitting here for a few weeks myself... and I am liking how this bench feels!

My surgeon took down some adhesions during my surgery too.... from a gall bladder surgery from 30 years ago.

I went back to work today... it was ok.. just missed getting a nap this afternoon!
