Good luck with your boggie boarding! It's so much fun - for people 5-85! You'll love it. This is the best time of year, since the water is the warmest now.

Where in the high desert do you live? We love the desert in the springtime looking for wildlife and wild flowers. We especially love the Desert Tortise Preserve in California City and Joshua Tree NP - and oh Death Valley. I guess I must say that we simply enjoy little trips to the desert.

Let me know how the boogie boarding goes. You'll feel like a kid again!
