Good morning my dear haeat. I hope that your Saturday is going to be a wonderful day. It is here since Saturday is my favorite day of the week.

Nothing new food wise around here. I am still working on what to have for lunch. Nothing seems to be clicking in the old brain this morning. lol Then again what is new. lol

B: the usual
L: scrambled egg with cheese
D: chicken patty on the grill I think with veggies
S: who knows

I better get going. Bill is off to the hardware store to get caulking. He is going to fix the hornet hole that the complex won't do and he is going to caulk the bathtub while he is at is. He is a man on a mission. lol Watch out!!!!

I have pitching to do this morning and pretty much all day. I am a cleaning fool or maybe a plain old fool. Not sure on that right now. lol Things are going well and fences are holding up with the mending. We are off the fences now and on to other things~if you get my drift. I know that you will.

I am sending lots of love and several big old hugs to go with it. I am keeping you and yours in my special prayers. Know that you are loved and have a joyful day, that is how God wants us to be. To enjoy and make a joyful noise unto the Lord.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Hi Linda,
Just wanted to pop in and say hi and tell you I am enjoying a bowl of cottage cheese and fresh peaches (from the orchard) yum yum....way better than french fries! Really!
I am down again today only 1/2 from goal! Can't believe it!
I wonder if I am doing better since I cut out the protein shakes. Didn't like them much and during vacation didn't use em...so...saving some money and eating good stuff!
Have great day!

Cheryl!! Did you believe this day would come??? My NUT and Doc took me off protein drinks sooooooo fast!! I was scared, but she said only if I could not get my food in for some reason. So,I am still on my first box of 75 packets of Beneprotein, a nice fine powdery, highly mixable unflavored protein packets.
Cheryl, I am so very happy for you. Are scrapbooking your jouney too?
Big pillowy hug!!

Linda,
NO! I did not think this would happen.

My doc tells me I should have at least 1 protein shake a day, but I just couldn't anymore. They were gagging me and so expensive.

I don't have a scrapbook about this journey per sey but do make pages with things pertaining to it. I should post one I did do. I may sometime when I get a chance. It was in March so not as current.

I will look into the Beneprotein as I am not certain I am getting as much protein as I should everyday. Think so but just to be sure...

I am suppose to see him in a week or so for my year anniversary but since it was in middle of Oct, I'd like to reschedule for then so I can be more accurate in where I stand at the year end mark.

Big hug back at ya....

Cheryl,I would love to see some of your March scrap booking I am so happy my doctor did not set a goal for me. I had to up the steroids, still nothing half as close as before I lost so much weight.
A man at work that I do not know, said good morning gorgeous to me the other day, I told him that he was very kind...smile. Still, feels nice to be thought of as such.
Hugs and a happy dance for you!
