2 Tablespoons Milk (I used Vanilla Soy Milk)
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 1/2 cups Oatmeal, dry
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix, dry
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Almond Flour

In a large bowl, mash bananas with a for****il smooth. Add peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla, syrup and maple syrup and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Press into a parchment paper lined pyrex dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Hi Margo,
I hesitate to tell you this but I think I should. You may want to research the reaction of protein to heat. At the Sacramento OH conference one of the "experts" (I can't remember his name- sorry) said that if you heat protein powder to 120 degrees the protein is invalidated. He said that you are wasting the protein in hot drinks and baked goods.

i respect your reply julia...however--i really think that i had spent some time researching this years ago--and i have done so again today--and i really think that the jury is out on this--this is a topic where you get many thoughts --and i think i am going to go with it--they taste good and i am going to believe that i get some protein from them- i think it simply changes the texture- i'm using whey protein which has already been altered a bit in processing....

and hey! they have choc and pbutter and banana!!!!!

this is like the thought of our body only absorbing 30 grams of protein at a time.....

Hi Margo,
Good, I'm glad you checked it out. Who knows what's right anyway. They used to tell us that margarine was good for us. Now they say that butter is better. My darn surgeon wants us to get 100 grams of protein a day, so I'm always trying to up the protein....

and "they" told us that sunshine was good for us and second hand smoke couldn't hurt us and and and ...i know--it's sooo hard to know what to believe and we do have to be so ont top of everything!!!!!!! oh yea-margarine and what else????

i usually don't do too badly with the protein --it's the iron i have trouble with......wouldn't be so hard if i didn't drink coffee i guess.....

would i do this again???most times i say in a heart beat......
