Rocky and I was going for our walk this morning and I opened the door and baby it's cold outside
I had to go back in and get long pants on and a jacket. I am not ready for this yet![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/chair.gif)
We walked around the lake this am, very fast so I am sure we burned a few cals. I then proceeded to paint some more. I have to get all the trim done this weekend. I will be going down to the basement tonight and work the bag. I need a boxing smilie![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/party4.gif)
For those of you that ask, working the bag is not just standing there and hitting the bag. You work in 3 min rounds....using different punches..then you do things like sit ups, burbies, push ups, running, and other moves. You know that if something burns up to 800 cals an hour it's a killer![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/bugeye.gif)
