Hi Linda,
Well this week I have managed to get 800-900 calories per day, one day I actually met my 1000  goal. I know my weight loss will slow, just can't see to get a handle on the food right now.  I get breakfast in and something for dinner at some point, it's just from 9-5 I can't seem to focus on nutrition. I see my psych today so maybe that will help with the stress so I can get back on track.  I also have an appt with the ENT and then will be at my daughters as the oldest granddaughter is still sick.
I am not going to put my plan down since it hasn't been happening anyway.  I am amazed at how far my eating pendulum has swung from overeating in response to stress to not wanting to eat.  I know it is all about control  issues and am trying to deal with it.

B- Coffee & kashi w/ skim milk
D- Earl baked a Turkey Breast yesterday- so it will be some of that

Good morning to you Linda. Can we all yell at the same time "Yippee!!! It is finally Friday!"? On the count of three!

Today I have to go to the church office and get a copy of a paper for pastor and pay for the alter flowers. We have them this week in loving memory of our parents. Tomorrow is my dad's birthday (he would have been 92) and mom's would be the 12th and she would be 88. I miss them so much sometimes it just plain hurts. You never forget and you never stop missing. There is always a empty spot. I shall survive since mom and dad raised me to be a survivor.

Ended up not having the fish last night. I ended up with pepperoni pizza. Not a good choice but I just didn't have time to fix dinner with all my running around. Today is different.

S: not sure on this either

I pray that today is a great day for you. I am sending up special prayers for you and yours. I am also sending lots of love and loads of big old hugs to you too. Hope that you feel them all. Have a wonderful Friday my dear. Remember that you are loved by many but most of all by God. He made you very special and very loveable!

Good morning Linda.....

Today is Friday and for that I am grateful!!
No work today.....let the weekend begin.......wooohooo!!

I am trying my best to fight this overwhelming depression I am faced with. Crying alot...guess that is a good release.

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-apple w/ peanut butter
L-BBQ Turkey meatballs and green beans
S-strawberries and a few almonds
D-chicken and mixed veggies
S-??

Dearest Connie, I have thought about this post since Friday. For one thing it hit home. Picture me at my desk 6 minutes after quiting time bawling like a baby. My supervisor comes over and says Linda, it's over you get to go home, aren't you happy?? I explain to her through more tears that I am happy, then I say "It has to come out", that's it Boo, it all has gotta come out, we no longer drown and muffle those feelings, a full cup will over flow, as it should.
