Well today is my 1 year Anniversary of my RYN Surgery at this time last year I weighed 294lbs. at 5'5 with all kinds of medical problems. I am very happy to say that today I weight 138lbs. am still 5'5' nd most medical problems are gone. The only thing happening to me know is just went to the surgeon yesterday as I cannot eat to much food without getting sick and come to find out I have a stricture again. This is my third go round with strictures. They are making arrangements for an endoscopi net week so I am praying this will be the last one I have. But I am still happy for having the surgery as I feel great  am 1/2 the person i used to be and can move around bteer then ever. I wish you all a blessed day, much peace and happiness.

Congratulations Kathim, your road has not been easy, yet you show how much improved your life is.
I too am not blessed with a smooth road, but not because of the surgery, rather by the price my body has paid due to my weight.
May God bless you with a smooth second year
!
Hugs and Blessings to you!

Congratulations on a wonderful and VERY productive first year of new life. You have accomplished a lot and have plenty to be proud of.

Your first year may have had some bumps in it but I am praying that your second year will be one of health and happiness. Blessings to you on the second year of a lifetime of nothing but happiness.

Aloha my successful sister!! Congratulations on your amazing weight loss!! The numbers are just mind blowing.......and I stilll can be amazed at the successes that come with this surgery.

The strictures seem to happen to some more than others. I have a friend in my support group who had five before she finally quit needing the endoscopy. Hopefully this will be your last one.

Thank you for sharing your joy with us.....makes me grateful all over again!

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen
