I'm afraid all I can think about when someone uses the word "hump" that way is my mother's male dachsund who used to hump everyone/everything every chance he got. It was kind of tiresome. It was also funny to watch my grandmother work so hard to ignore him.
B: vanilla peanut butter protein shake w/ 1/2 banana
S: iced decaf latte (skim milk & SF caramel syrup)
L: 2 oz chicken salad, 2 oz cabbage w/ onion & bacon
S: 3 oz light yogurt
D: 2 oz tofu, 2 oz carrots
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Went to a new support group last night and loved it! It's on my side of town, so that makes it even better. I saw somebody I know there too, so that made it fun! I got on their scale last night and I was a pound less than on my scale at home, I think I like their scale better(tee hee) Life sure is good.

B- 1/4 cup eggbeaters & 2% cheese and salsa
S- Fuzzy Navel protein drink
L-turkey rollup & 3 grape tomatos
S- 4 cherries & Cappachino protein drink
D-2 oz med shrimp & green beans
S- SF pudding cup
That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it
Going to the gym straight from work and I'm going to do 50 minutes of cardio workout on the bike, then I'm gonna take myself on home, if I'm still alive.
