I happen to agree with you Linda, that paycheck is a great motivator!  Brenda hope you can find something that you can enjoy doing.  Marc - I admire for you even going to the gym.  Hopefully the pool will be uncrowded.  Wonder if they have a water aerobics class that you could get into?

I am working tonight and tomorrow night at the hospital so my day will be flipped-flopped!  I stayed up last night later than usual, but I am up and will go back to bed soon.  I want to finish a book that I started.

My intentions are for food over the next 24 hours is:

ground turkey, egg casserole
dreamsicle cottage cheese pudding - Thank you Jean!
tuna salad - got a hankerin for some
maybe the black bean soup that I made yesterday - another one inspired by Jean!

And lots of water.  I don't plan snacks because I don't usually need any - but the pudding may be a snack today/tonight.  Any of these foods will be portable for work.

Have a great day!

Please tell me what this cottage cheese pudding is that I keep seeing on your menu.  I am desperately searching for something to eat for breakfast instead of the 2 kashi ganola bars I've been eating.  I get sick on eggs about half the time and meat also. I like oatmeal but it also has lots of carbs and not much protein.  Thanks

Barbara,

The cottage cheese pudding recipe is actually Jean M's concoction... If you will PM me, I will try to send her email to you with the recipes... It has several variations and I have only made it once... very good - lots of protein.  Or you can contact Jean M yourself and I am sure she will share.  But I have to give the glory to Jean !

    and Good Morning Linda!!!

Yes...I agree if it wasn't for the money I sure wouldn't be doing this job day after day!!

Sure will be a crazy busy work week....UGH!! Thank goodness I only work 24 hours a week. I get paid for 8 hours for Labor day so that leaves only 16 hours for the rest of the week. Plenty to cram into those hours!! If I go over it will be okay because I will be off next Monday and Tuesday with Nic. We get paid every two weeks so I can work more one week and less the next as long as my total hours for the payperiod doesn't exceed 56 hours. I am very fortunate that I can be so flexable with my hours.

Hope your week is a good one too!

B-Boost and banana (didn't feel like anything more)
S-yogurt w/ kashi
L-???? at meeting....protein and vegetables
S-????
D-salmon and fresh green beans w/bacon and onion
S-SF pudding

Love you much.....  Boo.... to you!!
