What we are eating and what's eating us.Tuesday!!
Happy Tuesday,lets dust off our butts, and get back to business. I declare, if they didn't pay me, I would never show up!
B- Cheese stick (with meds), after coffee. L- SB Chicken meal. D- Simmered chicken and veggies. Snack- Cantalope and Cottage cheese.

My first day on the new regimen....
B - Eggs and 1 slice whole wheat toast
L - Chicken and veggies
D - Fish and veggies and maybe some pasta
Snacks - mostly fruit, maybe a few peanuts
Hard part for me is water...
Going to the gym today for the first time in a looooong time... with the bad knee, it's gonna be interesting... if I can, I am gonna swim - if the pool is crowded, I will try the bike.
That's the plan!

I eat a lot different these days. I needed to stop my weight loss, so I added food. I am staying steady at my current weight for about 10 weeks now.
B (1PM) - 2 egg omelot with cheese
L (4:30PM) - One Chik Filet Chicken Strip
S (9:45PM) - One tbsp of Baked Beans, one tsp of macaroni with cheese, one chicken thigh and one drumstick (they were small and there was minimal meat).
S (Midnight) - One Chik Filet Chicken Strip
S (4AM) - One Chik Filet Chicken Strip
In between I had several pretzels and about 4 oz of cheese (at least).

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
