Bill is going to grill out today. He hasn't had the chance so much since most of the time he has been fishing! I think he loves that even more than grilling. I didn't think that was possible. lol

I guess I had better get going. I am going to be having a apartment check sometime during the month and so I have to seriously pitch most of this stuff. I have so much it isn't even funny. lol I could start a resale shop of my own. lol I would name it "Brends's Shop of ElCrappo". I think that would tell everyone just what is in it at one look. lol

Mom had a good time with the dogs yesterday. I would hear her having long, hushed conversations with them. Don't know what she was saying, but she was smiling (see photo below).

I didn't do very well with my pre-op diet or chores yesterday. Did make some baked chicken, potato and tuna salad with low fat mayo so I have some things to grab during the week. Watched a couple of movies including Smart People that was quite interesting. Today I plan to be more enthusiastic with the housework to burn some calories.

I am on day 3 of doing absolutely nothing and it feels good!! My girlfriend wants me to go to the car races tonight but I am not sure I really want to....I am enjoying my quiet time too much. I will decide on that later!!
Still feeling depressed but I am working through it....at least it isn't quite as bad as it was yesterday. Hope you are feeling better too!!

I told Olivia, that the best thing for depression is to get out of yourself!! Go out with others, read a forum, insure and help some one else..you are good that way.
