I appreciated the Prayers!

I promised I would update. So, here it goes...The antibiotic did the trick as far as taking care of the infection at my g-tube site, but I am still experiencing some significant left sided pain at my waist...I have some dear sweet co-workers (aka as my rat finks) who called my surgeon to tell him I was having pain and would not call him,,, I was pretty miffed...I do appreciate their concern but, I am a big girl and I know when I need to see him... of course he followed up on that call and wanted to see me the next day...no way...I told him I was fine...I can;t imagine what more he can do at this point until I see Dr. Schauer in Cleveland on the 18th. With the massive adhesions I have had at my gastric bypass surgery ( one of my original problems) and since then every surgery I have had  (7 total) they had to do what they term as "tear down" the adhesions so that is what I am suspecting is going on and IF (and that is a big IF) he does the entire gastric bypass over which is the word on the street he can "tear" them down at that time... But, I am feeling better and the infection seems to be resolved and I thank-you all for the prayers and encouragement...Isn't this entire website awesome?...esp the 50's club...My prayers are with all of you guys in the Gulf Coast for the days ahead...
