One more time!
See, you can't get rid of me! I talked George into keeping my lifeline running until the last minute. Not sure he understands the bond with OFF, but he's very happy I have all of you! Thank you so very much, I do feel the prayers, love, and caring. You'll never know what that means to me.
We're waiting for the 10:00 AM report. Right now, it seems as if Gus has been downgraded to Cat. 2. From all reports it is not expected to strengthen much. The option of going across the lake to my sister's house is looking better. Cat. 2, she should have no trouble. Cat. 4, bring the life vests. I didn't get to bed until after 3:00, and by 4:30 I was wide awake. (No, no chocolate martini, and no xanax, I decided to tough it out.) At 6:00 I was encouraging George to get up. I got a grunt and "If I'm going to have to be driving for hours in stop and go traffic, I need to rest now." OK, fine. I've cooked breakfast - strangely Oscar, the grouchy pouch let me keep it, washed dishes, swept the kitchen and den, talked to our daughter, helped George move the big rocking chairs off the front porch into the living room, and looked through several packs of photos of the kids when they were little. Trying to decide which to take and which to leave is tough. I want to take everything, but the Trail Blazer is only so big, then there's GIII's stuff.
We're waiting for GIII to make his appearance.
Oop, gotta go, George is going to talk to a neighbor and asked me to come down and watch the 10:00 report.
Love you all!
Deb

Debbie, this morning in church during prayer concerns I asked prayers for you and George and also for Jean. I know that God answers prayers and He is going to keep up his end of the bargain and so now we need to do ours. I love you so take care of yourselves and try to keep us posted on how things are going.
