Windsor is a beautiful town, I was there in 1995. I have a friend that was on the police dept there. I've lost contact with him and his wife...and I think of them all the time......

Have fun here.

Hi   Windsor is great.  I used to live in Windsor, but I'm now living east of there.  There are lots of wonderful ethnic restaurants in Windsor.

Hi Margaret.  Welcome to off (Linda - love the "slightly OFF people" remark)

Anyway, I just glanced at your profile.  I  have shrunk too from 5'8" to 5'7".  Mine shrinkage is due to degenerative disc disease.  Your babies are beautiful.

Looking forward to getting to know you!
Hugs! Donna L (finding_me) - I just know I'm here somewhere...

Hi Donna     I have degenerative disc disease, too, and I guess  that is what took away my lost inch!  Thanks for the kind comments about my furkids - I think they're beautiful, too.

Hi Margaret!

Welcome to the Board.

German Shepherds have always been one of my favorite dogs.  We had a 1/2 German Shepherd and 1/2 wolf.  She was wonderful!!  She died about 3 years ago and I still miss her.

I hope to see you around often!

Vera

Margaret, A quick hello and welcome from Kennewick, WA! I don't get by as often as I'd like. Just very busy living life which is a very good thing.

It doesn't matter how "heavy or light" one is. This is such an individual journey. If your weight is affecting your life and if after many years of trying to lose and keep it off you haven't ,this has such been a lifesaver for me.

I wish I could have taken it off and kept it off without having to have surgery. It is a permanent change for me. I have enjoyed a return to an active life.

I'm a retired high school and middle school teacher. I think I would have loved being a college literature teacher. When I started teaching I assumed (you remember what they say about making assumptions?  Something like like it makes an A$$ out of you and me!) my students would all like to read and write as much as I did! Well, not only was that not true, some of them didn't like it at ALL!  Margaret, I look forward to getting to know you. I have one furbaby, a 5 yr old Yorkshire Terrier named Maggie who "owns" me.
