Hi Terri,  So happy you posted.   You are telling MY Story!  Only difference is that I had Lap Band Oct 2006 - almost 2 years  now.......lost 89 lbs and have gained back 9 in the past year... Getting Panicky.... Just can see it all coming back..... Just forgot everything I learned and decided I could have anything (small amounts) that I wanted.   Lots of grandkids buzzing around this summer and many other problems....   Recently went back to my doctor and he put me on the First Liquid Diet to get back on track.  Today will be my second day back on this diet and I feel better already........ Bot myself WII FIT and will be hooking it up this week.... Gotta get my head straight... worked so hard to get where I am now.... Still need a good 35 lbs to go.... I wish you Good Luck getting it together and again, thank you for posting..... Grandma  Joan in Ct.

Hi Terri,  We have all fallen off the diet wagon a time or two.  You have done what's necessary, picked yourself up and climbed back on.  Welcome aboard.  CV Linda
PS:  That rottie in your photo looks just like my Good Dog Carl.

Hi Joan, Connie and Linda,

Wow and thanks.  It really feels better to be back on track.  Too much to look forward to.  I think that's one of the problems I had....from Jan to June, my goal was to get into a certain dress for a formal dinner.  I got into it and it was great.  I need to set a new goal.  Is it realistic to think I may be just "this side" of 200 by Dec 3, my surgiversary?  That's 3 full months to lose 50#.  Or is that setting myself up for a splat?

Linda, the Rottie is my girl, Shelby.  I love her to pieces.  Her brother, Zeus, just died of bone cancer, so I keep an extra good eye on her.  She is a good listener, and knows when to give a slurpy kiss when I need it.  She also scares the bee-jeanies out of anyone who doesn't belong here.
