WOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!

As I already posted on the Whats New and Linda S' What Are We Eating.....today is my 1 year surgiversary!!!!

I just came home from meeting with my surgeon. He is just so happy with my results and the hard work I have done!! He said I am a WL poster child....LOL!!

All my stats are just perfect!! Nothing was out of line at all. I am just soooo happy!! I have lost 121.2 pounds and weigh 121 pounds!! I have lost half of myself...woot...woot!!

Most of all I want to thank all of you here. Without all your encouragement, love, and support I wouldn't be where I am today!!
You are all so very special to me. I thank God everyday for bringing you into my life!

THANK YOU....... THANK YOU....... THANK YOU!!!!

Anyone that says this is the easy way out is crazy....this is hard work.....  but the rewards are many!!

Congratulations, Connie!

You are an amazing success story. I looked at your photos and you look happier in each one. You truly radiate. It's amazing knowing that there are other people out there that are sharing our experiences in this journey. Thank you for those of us that are a littler quieter and don't have as much time to communicate. I always look in the site to see new things and feel like I know many of you.

My son and his family live in Eagan, MN. I love going to see them a couple of times annually. My grandsons are 2 and 4.

Connie, tank you for all the inspiration and motivation. as I'm having my rny on the second and have read many of your inspiring post.you don't know how much you and all the oh family have helped me be comfortable with my decision. thank again.
