What we are eating and what's eating us. Friday!!
I broke my big toe many years ago and it was so painful! And the doctor said there was nothing he could do for it - no cast or anything.
I asked Dr. Curry, the band doctor who manages a thread on OH, about my sudden band tightness and he said he often sees a fill take 2 weeks to kick in. He doesn't think anything bad is going on but I might need a few drops of saline taken out. I'm going to give it another few days. I managed to eat lunch yesterday, which is a step in the right direction.

79 grams of protein... I am to try to up my protein each day and drink more each day... I am up to 54 oz... my nuts min goal is 48oz.
I need to stop weighing myself... I have been the same weight for a few days... and although know I have stuck to my post op diet... I am letting my "fears" getting the best of me (maybe RNY won't work for me)... I lost 13 pounds before surgery... so my 8 pounds in a little over a week great.
I am so gratefull to have this group to share my fears with.

My nerves are on edge and it is chill time. Don't know why I get so nervous and jerky over nothing - just because I do.
Take care of each other and I'll talk to you next week.
Kisses and lots of love

Happy Trails, sweet sister!! Not everyone is a born traveler. I know for me hearth and home is always my best place. However, I am sure that you are looking forward to the fun times. If you get the chance, try the salad, and apple with peanut butter travel great in a cooler,I like my peanut butter room temperture, which is easy enough while traveling. Chesse sticks rock, and they are fun to eat if you get the string kind..LOL.
Much love and safe travel dear one.
.. ALREADY!!!
