Frustrating Glitch new online support group!
Some of you out there have been trying to gety onto the new online support group OH asked me to start. Some of you have gotten on with no problems others for some reason can't link. I have e-mailed Cathy Wilson from OH who set-up the link and she will be consulting with her IT people in Ca.today. So please don't give up on the group if you are interested. Hi Darlene.....my meals consist of 1 cup of food.
I have mostly ptotein such as beef, fish, chicken, seafood, legumes, and cheese. I have a small amount of vegatables each meal. I usually have fruit for my snack.Example...apple w/ peanut butter, pineapple and a few almonds, things like that. Every now and then I have a protein bar. I also treat myself to SF pudding and SF popscicles. I do not do shakes or use protein powder in anyway. I don't eat pasta, rice, and very seldom a bite or two of potatoes. We are not allowed soups at all. I have chili but it must be thick enough with protein to eat with a fork....and mine is....yumo...with cheese.
I do not feel deprived at all. I am full and my meals stick with me a long time. The more dense protein the longer the full feeling lasts.
I have between 80 and 90 grams of protein...sometimes alittle more. I am required to have 58 a day.
I drink at least 96 ounces of water a day and usually more. I have always been a huge water drinker so this has never been a problem for me. I drink alot of Crstal Light.
I do not have caffeine. When I have a latte I drink decaf, skim milk and SF syrups. No carbonated beverages in well over a year.
I have one or two glases of wine every week or so. Just to be social with friends when we are out. Usually I drink water.
I feel great...very healthy and tons of energy.
