Hey Everyone

How are things going with your exercise?  Are you staying on track?  Are you finding your energy is improving and your endurance?

I am hitting the bad down in the basement and it really feels great to get back to it  As you may know I have been training for the 5k, and find I am just not cutting it.  Not that I don't want to do it my body is saying no, no, no,   The one thing I was surprised about was my back bothering me.  I am going to keep on truckin but it's apparent running will not be my thing

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's be accountable

Hey Kathy,

I don't often get to post to your thread but whoohoo, I do today!  I just finished mowing our front yard, both sides (it's a large corner lot) plus the parkway in front of the house by the street.  Usualy Gary does this, but he's been under the weather and it might rain this weekend, so I thought I'd do it.

I'm tired, a little sun burned but pleased that I have the energy to do it.  Now.....laundry, grocery shopping, picking up the house. That should finish me off, but good!

Hello Every one,

I have walked for the last 3 days , 1/2 mile each day with the spanial.  I am 9 days post op.
I have already lost 15 lbs. so far. I am psyched.   I feel so good.
