Good Morning Linda ans OFF family. The scale isn't moving too fast these days, so last night I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the bike on cardio workout and lo and behold, the scale moved this morning. 1 lb, I'll take it!

Hey Mz Reggie! Thanks for the reminder of how important exercise is.. We do not lose weight through "ARSEmosis"!
I hope you measured your body, hips ,arms calves...every where. I just went through a period where I lost no weight, but I lost 6 inches from my hips, I'll take that! LOL.
