Thursday, hmmmm, name after Thor, a mythical god who carried a HUGE hammer. We have our tool also...with it, we are strong.
B- Kashi granola bar, and chedder cheese stick (so handy). L- Smart One's Tuscany Chicken,avoid rice, enjoy tasty veggies it has, and REAL chicken,big pieces you can see!
D-Mandarin grilled Chicken salad...mmmm.
S- Apple and peanut butter.

Today I need to go get some protein bars to take on our trip. The long drive messes up my eating. We hate to make long stops and fast food places don't have a decent selection for me.

B - cottage cheese, Kashi, blueberries
L - ?? regular Thursday lunch date with my friend
D - chicken cacciatore
S - apple and PB2

Hiya sis, you are probably gone already. I was gonna say, if Tom and you have a cooler, a salad from Wendys travels well. You can get a nice grilled chicken breast one, lotsa protein and some green, bring your own dressing though.

Hi Linda,  Our refrigerator is not working since last week Tuesday, the part has still not come in.  I am getting very frusterated. and then of course there is the mess with my daughter and SIL.

Had to change my plans yesterday as far as food, spent most of the afternoon at Jen's so I didn't eat and then when I got home I was famished and of course nothing in the fridge and didn't want to wait for something to thaw.....but today is another day.

For the past few days, my band has been getting tighter for some mysterious reason.  It's 2 weeks since my last fill, I'm not any more stressed than I usually am, it can't be hormonal, so I'm not sure what's going on.  Anyway, all I can manage in the morning now is liquids, and sometimes I have trouble with solid food at lunchtime too.

B:  peanut butter chocolate protein shake
S:  20-oz iced latte (skim milk & SF caramel syrup)
L:  3 oz Caribbean shrimp salad, 2 oz mushroom salad
S:  6 oz light yogurt
D:  3 oz eggface's potato-less pancakes, 2 oz jicama slaw
S:  4 oz SF pudding

Donna!! How excited you must feel!! Kudos on the eating, you are shrinking your liver, it makes things so much easier for your surgeon.
We will and are   here for you. It is hard for me to post during week days because I worked under tight security at work. I will always try to answer ya though!

D - roast with tomato gravy made with spag sauce, lots of onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic, and salad
