So far the weight is still standing at the same number. I have to remember that it hasn't been that long since it hasn't moved~just a bit over a week I think. I haven't checked on the calendar and my old memory just isn't up to what it use to be. Much to my chagrin. Hey! It may be early but my vocabulary is up and moving.
I hope that you have a wonderful day and know that you are loved. By God and me. I am sending love and big hugs to you along with the special prayers for you and yours. Have a blessed day and may only wonderful thing's happen to you today. Because you are wonderful!
Last night I went to a meeting of my church's vestry (the committee that runs the church). Sadly, our small parish does not now have a Christian education program. We were discussing this topic and the rector said that he thinks intergenerational classes are good but that the confirmation classes for our youngsters should just consist of the youngsters. There was some muttering about this and I finally said, "I agree. I was confirmed at age 13, and in my confirmation classes we discussed things like morality and ethics that I absolutely did not want to discuss in front of my old fart parents." Then I realized I had just said "fart" in church, while sitting next to the woman who got mad at the rector for using the word "crap" in a sermon. Oh well, too late to take it back. Anyway, the rector smiled and a few people laughed and we moved on. A few minutes later, the woman sitting next to me said, "And I'm not THAT old!" (She's at least as old as I am, if not older)

Here's my plan and I did get all my calories in yesterday. My fridge is still not keeping things cold. I hope the part gets here today so maybe by tomorrow I can shop and get the things I usually rely on. Going to the store daily or every other day for the perishables is getting old and expensive.

S- Protien Drink
D- leftover Ground Turkey and ??
Hugs, Paulette
I'm taking it easy on Oscar today. Monday night through today, he's burning a bit. I think it's the coating on the new vitamins.
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - chicken veggie soup and cheese
S - yogurt
D - don't know we'll see how lunch and afternoon snack go
S - maybe ham and cheese roll up

Got home from vacation yesterday. Lost a lb. Not sure why.
Not sure about my menu today. Have to get back in the swing of things and figure it out.
Back to work next Tuesday. Yay! Love just being home.

You gave me the giggles this morning...
I needed the laugh....not good news for Nic. After the other team of doctors went over all his tests it was determined that he still has the cancer in both thighs....we thought it was gone from there. So now with three hot spots he will be back here at Children's Hospital for more tests on September 8th and 9th. He has to have another bone marrow aspirate and some other things done.. I hate those darn aspirates. He is in so much pain afterwards. Bless his sweet little heart!!
I will be there......cheering him on....he insists!! Like I wouldn't be...NOT!!
Had a wonderful time with Lucas here. I took him back home yesterday. He was happy to see his Mom and sisters. He chattered on and on about all the fun things he did at grandma's house. I am glad he enjoyed it so much.
Today is more work...got to do some catching up as I missed most of yesterday.
B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
S-nectarine
L-egg salad in lettuce wraps, carrot sticks
S-protein bar
D-salmon and cauliflower w/ cheese
S-apple w/ peanut butter
Love you much my sweet friend!!
(((HUGS))) Boo .......to you!!
Sorry I'm so late again. I'm so far behind and can't catch up. Too many days at my daughter's house has left me spent. She's on her own for the rest of the week. I need to get in some time for packing for our trip. Not that I mind being there. The little M & M thrill me no end. By the time I get home I am plain tuckered out. Running, jumping, dancing and wrestling with them is good but I'm feeling my almost 61 years.
Kisses
