Yes Annette, I am loved and I feel it every time I log on here!  We are a very special group!  We may not achieve all our goals, and that's OK.  Better health is more important than numbers on the scale.    I'd still like to see those numbers down a little!

  debbie congrats on 4 years!!! life is so much better even if you didn't reach goal!!!! i know it bothers you but still look on the bright side...you are healthier and able to do more now than you did 4 years ago!!!!! life is good!!!

Thank you Judy!  With all that has been going on in your life, you always find time to show love and support for your OFF family.  It amazes me how much I can do now, things I never thought of doing before wls - like riding in a helicopter, and riding on the back of a motorcycle!  Still can't believe I had the nerve to hold on tightly to my friends son on that motorcycle!  LOL  Poor George, no wonder he's bald!

Debbie....your post just choked me up. What a wonderful and appreciated friend/sister you are!!! We would be lost here with out your wonderful advice and guidance.
