What we are eating and what's eating us.Tuesday!!
Good Morning Linda and OFF family! My menu for today is a little different. I got some of that Weight control oatmeal that Jean has every morning, just had to try the Banana Bread one.
Cuppa Ambition
B- 1/2 cup weight control oatmeal & skim milk(yum)
S-Protein drink
L- Turkey rollup w/lite Italian dressing & cherries
S-Protein drink
D-2 oz left over Filet Mignon from dinner last night& 1 oz sweet potato
S-SF Chocolate Pudding cup
Lotsa water & vitamins
That's my menu and I'm stick'n to it

Today is a better day. DH picked up two pkgs of EAS Protein drinks Fr. Vanila to have on hand in case.....some to leave at DD's also
I had one this am for a mid morning snack ...It was yummy. I am sticking close to home today.to get in a food routine again. Woke up at 4 am again, got out of bed at 5 and cooked tomatoes for sauce, cleaned chopped & froze about 10 green peppers from the garden.
B- Coffee, Cheerios & Skim Milk & 1/2 banana
S- EAs Advantage drink
L- 2 oz tuna w/ red. fat mayo ( too full from am snack to eat much)
D: Gr Turkey, 1/2 c Whole Wheat Pasta & Homemade Sauce.

ok, this is after the fact but I want to get in the habit of posting ...
I'm on the low carb diet required 2 weeks prior to surgery.
B - 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
L - BK cheeseburger w/o the bun (they put it in a container with a lid and give you a fork - wow - doesn't take much to excite me does it? lol)
D - Wendy's side salad and small chili. I pour the chili over the salad. Sort of a mock taco salad.
Snack - Pork Skins from a local BBQ resturant - Geez they are good! (Spoken like a true blue southern girl....lol)

Hiya Donna! Nice to meet you. I am a New yorker, by way of South Carolina and the Carribian...smile.
We used to make our own pork rinds..and sausages...and stuff...I used to say, "Hey,I got this way by eating the GOOD STUFF!
..Welcome and please stick around and share, ask, I always say there is no such thing as a stupid question,just stupid people...hehehe.I am silly tonight, been up since 3:30 AM.

This is so cool. You don't even know me now! (this is a good thing!). I just changed my avatar today and my 'look; - much shorter darker hair and no glasses. I needed some pre-op changes and this proves I got them! If you look at my profile you'll see the old pic. That will jog your memory. I also haven't been around much lately and this shows me that I need to hang out more often! I don't want to be out of sight out of mind (I want to be both - hehehe - outtasight and I'm always out of my mind) Thanks for the re-welcome!
