   Manic Monday is one of my favorite oldies too......  I'm not sure what all is going on this week as far as food is concerned.  Last week I did sooo much better.  I lost only 1# but better than gaining 1#.   Yesterday  I stopped by the store and decided to treat myself to a small ribeye steak.  OMG  OMG  the price was shocking.  I decided not to have one after all.  Guess that is a good thing since they are too fatty anyway.   Millie

B:  scrambled egg w/bacon bits and cheese  L:  orzo w/cheese  D: fish & veggies  S: protein shakes

Just a normal work day.

B   1/2 c Fiber One
       1/2 1% milk
        1/2 Low carb Slimfast

L 3 oz grilled chicken on bed of lettuce  with salsa

D 3 oz sirloin
    3 bite broccoli
    very small amount of salad w/Lite Ranch

92 oz of water,Crystal Lite and Decaf hot tea

Hey Linda... just a quick note here, hopefully I'll get to post tomorrow. It's been very stressful here,Long story but this the short short.  Daughter and son in law separated Friday night. They are going to start marital counseling Wednesday. My  granddaughters of course don;t understand why Daddy isn;t sleeping at home...We are trying to help them all. Not enough sleep or food the past 3 days..... I lost another 2 pounds since Saturday but definately not the way to do it. Tomorrow will be focusing on the youngest one here with her Nana and food for us.  Hugs, Paulette
