I have never posted on this thread but since I am back on track here I go.
B Carbmaster Yogurt w/ Fiber One
L 3 oz deli roast beef with 1 slice FF cheese
D Small Laura Lean Beef Patty and FF cottage cheese salad
I may have a protien drink later but not sure.
Almost 4 years out and have lost 7 lbs in the last 10 days!
