Thanks Brenda and Joy for your help as well. I went shopping and forgot all about the spoons and forks so tomorrow I'll look around for them.  I'm a "shoveler" with food so this will be a change for me.

Hi everyone.  I found cheap plastic spoons (label Basic Red) at Safeway. They are smaller than the other plastic spoons and great for taking to work.  That way I don't have to explain to my co-workers why I'm using a baby spoon.

I use a teaspooon and the salad/bread plate to eat off of and the little glass dessert bowls, you know the kind you put jello or pudding in, which hold about 1/4 to 1/2 cup servings (used 1/4 early on, now it's about 1/2 cup most days). . .

Good luck, Laureen

Thanks everyone,
I found "demitasse"? spoons at Kohls today half price...they're the size between the very small baby spoon and the toddler spoon but they look grown up and quite sleek. I bought the set of 6 for $10. they are 10/0 stainless and look nice. I still have to find forks yet. Thanks for all your help!
