Hello..........anyone out there. This is your greeting from Phoenix,located just south of H3LL. 
...Hmmmm.."what's eating me". Olivia is going back to work tonight, I pray. I am scared ladies, my daughter is looney, and depressed. She is going to doctors,plural..like they say..
"Let go and let God" (blue book, 12 step)...
B- 2 hot sausage links with yellow mustard L- Home made cheese burger with onions, sweet potato. D- Mandarin grilled chicken salad (Wendy's). S- Banana pudding.
as you can see, ain't much cooking going on here...

Hello Linda, and all of my OFF Family,
Don't know what I'm eating today haven't planned anything because I'm trying to get back on track and start the scale to movin'. Been in the lurk mode, been working crazy and long hours and forgot to put the most important thing first me. Been snacking and grazing like crazy
just because I'm human. My Mom has been sick and trying to take care of her and work has really gotten me down. She's now on the mend or should I say feeling better and time for me to get back on program. Look forward to seeing you all...I will be checking in.

Kids can be a royal pain, no matter their age. Makes you understand why some animals eat their young.
No cooking around here today either. I just came home from the third day in a row with the grand's. My body is covered in kisses, smudges and a stray 'I don't really want to know'.
Tonight Tom and I are going to watch the demolition derby at a local fair. It will be noisy, dirty, and cold. Low into the 50's, so I need to pile on warm clothes. This will be different but I am game to try something new.
I wish Olivia well at work, you too my Sister. We ARE survivors.
