Good morning to you my little sweetie! I hope things go well for you today since it is FRIDAY!!! Hooray for Friday's!!!

I am sitting here watching the Walton's on Hallmark. I have been up since 2 this morning. I woke up so sore and stiff I couldn't stand it. I felt like I was going to break in two everytime I moved. I finally thought that it would be better if I just got up.

Misty is jumping around and diving at the throw rug in front of the sliding door. She has been jumping and hiding and diving all morning and now she is jumping and diving at the blinds since I haven't even opened them yet. She is having a blast and that is the important thing I guess! She is a little  but at times is a little . Like my mom always said about our little deaf dog "She may be a little devil but we sure do love her." and that suits our Misty too. lol

Got to work on the sermon for the IN state park service Sunday. I have no idea what to do it on. I do know one thing~God will let me know what to do it on if I listen. He is always there and pointing out the way to go.

We got new smileys and spell check too. OH added them. I think they are just bursting into the 21st century! lol

BTW, my homemade chicken soup was so good! Bill came home and had a bowl and said that it was very good. I took it at that and agreed with him. I am taking it as a compliment and went on. So I guess I must have done something right because I am alive and kicking today. lol

Here goes for today.
B: sf maple and brown sugar oatmeal and banana
L: chicken noodle soup
D: some kind of protein and veggies
S: not sure yet on that one

I am feeling much better today. Thank you, God! I couldn't stand another day in the depths of h3ll.

Have a wonderful day and I am sending you lots of love and big hugs. I am keeping you and yours in my special prayers.

Oh Linda, I love that "LIVEit not DIET".    Diet sounds so negative while LIVEit sounds fresh and alive!

B - protein shake
S - boiled egg
L - fish and green beans
S - yogurt
D - baked chicken thigh and broccoli
S - protein shake

My menu is not written in stone, but I'm trying to up the protein and cut down on the carbs.

have a great weekend!
Debbie

Linda, I haven't used diet plans for years. You know why they call them diets don't you? Because you want to die doing it. Keep doing your liveit! You live doing it. That is a wonderful thing.

Me  too ! !   Me too ! !    I like the "liveit not diet"    that one will catch on for sure.  I've been doing better with my daily choices.   Keeping busy has been a big help.

My granddaughter has been here a couple of times to help out with deep cleaning.  We have pulled out all the dressers, washer - dryer, fridge and several cabinets and bookcases to clean behind.  Not as dirty as I thought but it is nice to have it done.   Millie

B:  cottage cheese w/pear  L: burrito   D: burrito   S:  peach protein shake

Linda......hello my beautiful friend!!

I am jumping in quick between meetings today. So far they have gone well. Hope the next two do also!!

Had a nice relaxing evening last night. Most all the neighbors were outside. It was such a beautiful evening. We all gathered up our lawn chairs and just hung out chatting and having fun. I needed that really bad last night!!

Tomorrow my days with Lucas begins. We have so much planned. I listed alot of it on the Whats New post. I love having him here and he will be a great distraction!

Love your positive attitude......I need to think more like you. I try to stay positive but sometimes the depression just wins out.

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
L-Crab salad (no pasta) w/ cheese..... and tomatoe slices
S-protein bar
D-Steak and green beans (leftovers)
S-??

Hope you have a wonderful day!! I love you to pieces!!

 .....Boo .......to you!!

Hello Linda

Days are so filled with "must do's" that posting has been difficult.

Food: same as every other day, it keeps me fueled.

Just came from seeing the doctor about the pain and crunching in my knee. It was the same conversation we had 3 years ago, except this time he didn't tell me to lose weight. That part felt so good.

I have severe osteo-arthritis, bones are rubbing together and I need new knees. Yup, knew that part. I was worried that this was a bad side effect from the Actonel.

that's what I need. poo poo to that! What I WANT is to be a tall redhead with big boobs.  Now that is something I can fake. (okay, I lied, I can't fake TALL)

Kisses
