Hi - wanting to introduce myself

Hi Shelia, sorry I missed the welcom wagon yesterday.  Better late than never.  Hope you'll like it here.  I'm one of the oldtimers, been here over 4 years, and something keeps drawing me back.  I know exactly what that something is too, it's the love, acceptance, and friendship of these wonderful sisters and brothers of OFF.

Debbie, mother to 3 young adults, grandmother to 2 wonderful little boys, and wife to George.  LOL

Welcome aboard, Shelia!  And welcome to the wonderful journey that you are now on, it only gets better!  You will find an amazing group of people on the OFF.  They will be your inspiration, sounding board and all around great friends, and we never close!  

May I say, thank you for your wonderful years of service!  I am retired after 27 years in law enforcement and so I know how hard the paramedics work!  Congratulations and enjoy those grandbabies (I'm so jealous... we have grand"pets"! haha)  and the very best to you on you weight loss journey.

 Hi Sheila,  Welcome to OH!  I thought I would respond since we are exactly the same age,  I am an RPN (same as LPN in Canada) and have a granddaughter named Mattie.  I've chosen Lap band as my surgery which is scheduled for October.  Anyway, good luck on your journey!  Corinne
