Happy Hump Day!
Good morning Brenda and all,
Just as expected, the endoscopy was a breeze. I wore my jammies to the hospital so I was comfy as we waited for the procedure to begin. After signing papers, answering questions, the nurse put in an IV, the doctor came into the room, and that's all I remember until it was time to go home. EASY!
The rest of the day I slept off and on in a carpet of black cats. They love my electric blanket.
Today it is back to work and a normal routine.

Each time I open the paycheck I have to shake my head and be thankful for this job. It is part-time, so there are no benefits and the pay isn't huge. But it feels like I get paid to go have fun and there are absolutely none of the headaches associated with a management position. I did that for enough years.

Good morning to my wonderful and loving OFF family.
I am planning on doing not much today. I do have to get to the post office to mail the mystery box to Joyce. I should have gotten that out a couple of days ago but I haven't gotten a chance to. I will get it mailed later today. So Joyce, watch out for the mystery box.....it is coming soon!
I called Dr. Lelek yesterday and he asked what was better, morning or afternoons. I told afternoons were good. Sot he first afternoon he had is next Thursday. I took it but after last night I am caling him today to get a morning some time soon. The sooner the better as far as I am concerned.
I talked to Shawn last night and I asked him what I was going to be to the baby. He paused for a moment and then told me that I was going to be "step grandma" or "my dad's wife". I guess maybe you shouldn't ask questions that you aren't prepared for the answers. Boy I am here to tell you that hurt me again. I have felt nothing but hurt for the past few days and I am getting tired of it. I guess I was told and put in my place alright. I guess my place is the tail end of the line. Everyone else comes in line before me. lol Oh well. At least I know. I may not like it but here I am. I did inform Bill that I was having nothing to do with anyone or anything anymore. That is how I feel and I am sticking to it. I don't feel that it would be good for either me or the baby. So in one conversation I lost a grandbaby and a name since I am now "my dad's wife". So I am not a grandma but I am suppose to be married to a grandpa. Well, time will tell on that one.
Paulette, I am so thankful that we had a nice talk last night. I want to thank you for just chatting with me. I also want to thank everyone for their kind words and mostly their love. I have been in need and I would rather be the one giving to the person who has a need.
I guess today is suppose to be hot. I know that the temperatures aren't really bad but the humidity is terrible. I hate humidity since it makes me perspire. I am a lady so I perspire and not sweat. lol
I just can't sleep. I fell asleep for about 45 minutes but then woke up and that was the end of the sleeping. I hate this insomnia. It is a killer.
I have to do my sermon for sunday's service at the Indiana Dunes State Park. My church is in charge of getting the speakers and so we take some from our church and the others are from the community. I guess the campers at the dunes like the church service. I am going to speak about 10 minutes and then the rest is a couple of prayers and mostly singing. They like to sing I guess. I was suppose to be doing the service the week end I was in Middlebury so I had to change dates with someone.
i guess Ihad better get going. I am sending love and hugs to all and I am saying my prayers for everyone with special ones going up for those in need of them. Have a wonderful day and remember I love all of you.
