Good morning Linda,

What is Olivia doing to your hair?

My knees have been bothering due to the Actonel. Last night I slathered Tiger Balm when I got into bed. Mental or physical relef? Don't know, but it helped. I smelled like pink winetergreen candies. Not my usual floral scent to be sure. Not very sexy either.

You mentioned you ate the last apple. Apples are just coming into season again here. YAY!!!

Menu:
B - cottage cheese, Kashi, berries
L ?
D ?
Snack - apple and peanut butter

Catch you later

Hiya sis! Olivia is my hairdresser, thank heavens I am low maintainance! I am getting more highlights,it helps hide the gray, and I do not dye my hair, nor use any chemicals on it, it works for me. I want to always be able to jump in the pool without worrying about my hair!
Tiger balm rocks and does work! You are sexy no matter what....and Tom has a nice voice, as that was the first time I heard it,when I was having my melt down and called you.
I love you, my dear sister from another mother.

Hey Miss. Paulette, what a sexy menu you have!!  The dinner sounds like a perfect mixture of taste and texture.
Glad to see that you survived yesterday, hope you enjoyed it. One way or another, it is the past now...smile.
I love my s/f coffee creamers, I add a few ozs of my regular milk which is low fat, so that I get a little protein with my iced coffee.
Have a bodatious day!

Good  Sunday Morning , My  Favorite Losers....  I've been so frustrated  lately with my eating habits that I finally had a self talk....  I wrote down a menu for the whole week with an area to document my exercises.  I even put a row of  OOOs to count my water.  I also took a hard look at the times when I graze and what is going on in my mind when I do..    Restless eating for sure.    Millie

B: cottage cheese w/ pear and cheese stick   L: chili w/ cheese & onion   D: veggies, beef    S: zucchini cheese egg casserole  protein shake....

Millie, I am so proud of you, for taking stock of yourself, as most of us have to do from time to time. Do me a favor and check out your protein. Not only is protein the basis of our eating for ever now, it staves off hunger big time, my NUT told me if I was ever hungry, eat protein. If we do not eat enough protein, along with good carbs everyday, we will not lose. We actually get to eat a lot of food, it is about eating the right foods, and portion control. Right now I am eating spaced meals. Sometimes I eat 6 small meals and that works. I do not know what you are grazing on,but if it is a trigger food, I say get it out of your house. There are plenty of good things for us.
Happy eating!
