What's New- Saturday!
Hi Aime and everyone else. Aime, the sheer volume of things on your plate makes me want to take a nap. Please take care of yourself, too!
My sis (Bobbi) is still in the hospital. Maybe we can take her back to Mom's tomorrow, but only if I can work out a way for her to get her IV antibiotics while I am at work. They have no insurance, and the home care arrangements are somewhat sketchy. Her husband is not taking care of himself (not managing his blood sugar and diet, not taking in enough water in this 106 heat, etc). Sometimes it's easier to have them BOTH in the hospital at the same time, since he doesn;t respond well to anyone working with him or helping him except Bobbi or me. Since I can't be in two places at once, and Mom's house is 30 minutes away, things get complicated. Plus, I DO have a full time job and my own house/issues to deal with. Sigh...
Enough whining. Life is so good - I hope each of you grabs onto all the wonderful things in your lives with both hands! Things can change so quickly, and the good times are so precious.
