Good afternoon Linda and all,
I'm glad that I can do the sub-lingual B12's. There is an instrument for giving self-injections which make it easier. Kind of like the "pens" people keep on hand for bee stings and other allergies. An EPI-PEN, I think they are called.
I had pizza last night at my daughters house.
All I could manage was 1/2 slice but it was outstanding. Did I feel guilty? HECK NO !!! Very seldom do I indulge in variety in my meals.
Does walking up and down the stairs doing laundry count as movement? Or walking from room to room because I forgot what I am doing count? Sure hope so because that's my movement for today.

Hiya sis!! Heck yeah, all movements counts,including BMs....heheheh.
I am happy to hear you enjoyed yourself, I am trying the injections for the first time,it is supposed to work better. I feel better, and I am happy for that. I did not move alot today,but will tomorrow. I do extra walking and water exercise 5 times a week,it helps.

Good afternoon sweet Linda. I am so glad to hear that things seems to going well. You sound so much more cheerful today. Could be because it is Saturday!?
Bill is working all weekend. A guy that he works with had to take his mom off life support so he is covering for him. The president of the coke plant is coming on Wednesday so things must be perfect. Otherwise no one would cover his shift if the president wasn't coming. It felt strange seeing off to work on the week end.
My food is pretty much the same old!
B: sf maple and brown sugar oatmeal
L: protein bar I think
D: fish and veggies
S: not sure

Hello dear Brenda. I was off on Friday too,I took some 3 day weekends through out the summer. I went with Olivia to the doctors although she did not ask me,and I am happy I did so.
I have the chance to make ammends and to ask God to forgive me my transgressions, so I am in a good place.
I know you miss your Bill...I hope the time passes quickly.
Prayers offered for the co-worker who is taking his mom off of life support, my sister had to do that for her daughter,and she was never the same.
Sometimes we have to let go, and acknowlege that Jesus is king, and God's will be done.
