Yawn.TGIF!! I went swimming last night and did my pool exercises. I slept like a baby!! I am off today. Hold on......it is almost here...the glorious weekend!
B- Western style eggs L- Grilled chicken mandarin salad D-Steak and something...LOL!

B-1/3 cup eggbeaters
S-Protein drink
L-Turkey & spinach roll up & cherries
S- Protein drink
D-?  something good.

That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it!

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk & 1/2 c. cherries
S:  20 oz iced latte w/ SF caramel
L:  3 oz eggplant w/ prosciutto & provolone, 1 oz oven turnip fries
S:  1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D:  2 oz pineapple chicken, 2 oz broccoli & grape salad
S:  4 oz SF chocolate peanut butter pudding

Good day my dear!  Sneaking a peek!  Gotta hurry!  Whoo Hoo, it's Friday and my kiddies are coming for the weekend! 

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L  - redfish with Vera Cruz sauce, eggplant
S - cheese stick or peanut butter and banana
D - shrimp ettoufe, green beans, salad
S - I just might have a smidgeon of peanut butter pie (made with ff cool whip, low fat peanut butter, and low fat cream cheese in an Oreo cookie crust.
