How's your week going? Mine has been busy, busy, busy, but I didn't let other stuff get me off track.
Rocky and I went for a walk and last night I hit the gym and worked on triceps and biceps.

I did move...I rode 30 minutes on the bike, and I did weights for 45 minutes.....especially for my legs.....as I have had both knees replaced. I am trying to build strength in my bones.
My week has been the usual busy stuff...but I am determined to work out each day. I am trying to get my 6 bottles of water today.....I do not think I will reach EIGHT...have you?
