Yesterday was a painful day. It feels like my little hernia had twins. Instead of one bump, there are now three. My daughter said I must be allergic to Virginia. Every time we plan to visit her, out pops a hernia.

Good morning Susan and all others in OFF-dom! Day four of vacation seems much sunnier then day 3 was. Today I will be off to put the second coat of paint on the walls and then will put the backer board down on the floor. Hopefully later I may even be able to start to tile the floor. Oh to have the toilet in there again! LOL the little things we appreciate eh?

Hello to all my OFF sistahs and brothers:
Had an early early appt. at the hospital this morning to
"donate" blood for testing for my 1 yr. checkup. She only took 7 vials this time.....golly!
Took myself out for breakfast.....had a nice piece of ham,
and part of a pancake with s/f syrup.....yummy. Total
bill was $4.11! Can't help it I'm cheap! My brother was kidding me last Sunday about when we go on our trip to New England in Sept.....he said, we're really going to save a lot on food on this trip.....I'll just order a meal and you
can share it.....what a guy!!! What if I don't like what he
orders??? Guess we'll cover that bridge when we come to it.
Another carryin at work tomorrow....geez, it costs me
$10 everytime we have one. I made sloppy joes to take.
Had bought a dozen beautiful BIG peaches at the farm market last Saturday, and left them to finish ripening on the counter....so they were ready today. I want you all to know I STOOD at the sink and did everyone of them....a year ago I would have been sitting down to do that! Yea!
Into the freezer they go, may save out some to eat now...oh they are so juicy and good!
Looks rainy here again....we had the nicest rain come thru yesterday afternoon -- no thunder or lightning, just a soft easy rain that lasted about 45 minutes.....thanks to the
Big Guy upstairs! The yards and gardens are rejoicing.
Better get along with chores....have laundry going, and need to put the peaches in freezer boxes. Yes, another
WOW, ordered new undies (size 10) and they fit perfectly.
I know that still sounds big, but gosh I still have a bodacious butt! LOL
