Morning!!! What's happening Thursday??

Jan, you look great! My friends in Wisconsin are big kayakers and love it. They have inflatable canoes for the kids and regular kayaks too; the whole family goes ... they even had a lifejacket for the golden retriever Becca when she was alive. You should have a lot of fun.

Jan, you look fantastic!  It's so good to see you again.  I know all too well about self-sabotage, BTDT off and on.

As to the cookie dough, just forget it, okay......yesterday is gone and today is a new day....hurrah. As long as your Doc is pleased with you that's all that is important.

Thanks, Marti.     No, I din't make this blouse.  Found it for $6 on the sale rack at Burlington Coat Factory.   Takes time to shop those clearance racks, but sometimes you get lucky.   HUGS

I know I'm a few days late,  'cause my computer time has been pretty limited lately, but I have to say WOW!!!  You look wonderful!  I know what you're saying about the crazy snacking, but we (almost) all do it (definitely include me in that number), and the point it that we 're able to stop it now, when before it began to rule our lives.
