what's new WEDNESDAY?

Hi All,
Well we are back from St Augustine. Very pretty there and the old buildings are neat. But very touristy. They charge mucko bucks for admission to the museams and attractions. There was a trolly ride 3 hours long and they charged 20.00 a person I say NOT!!!!! We walked to all the attractions to take pictures of the outside. I wouldnt pay to go inside!!!!!
Now after a 4 hr ride home I am bushed!!!!!

We went to St. Augustine the day before our Bahamas cruise and had a great time.  We also agree with you that $20 for a trolley ride was too much.  We either walked or drove our car.  It is very beautiful tho.  Did you go to the lighthouse and walk up all those stairs?  It was worth it for the fantastic view.

Hi Floyd,
Yes we went tot he lighthouse but didnt climb the stairs. It was 16.00 for the tow of us to go in. I thought that was to much money just to climb stairs!!!!! Took pictures of the outside though.
