Hey Everyone

Well yesterday went pretty well...my little goal was to get all my water in as that really helps with snacking and feeling full.  I was able to do so.  I also returned to mydailyplate so that was another good goal to meet.

Rocky and I went for a walk this morning and I am going to the Y tonight. 

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and share how you are doing with your goals and what you are doing exercise wise to keep your "winning" streak going

Hi Kathy...I DID move today...and yesterday....My goal is 6 out of 7 days. I did weights yesterday and water today and Monday. I am taking it easy to begin with so that I don't injure anything right away...I will gradually get back to my hour in the water and 90 minutes on my weights.

I am much better on my water...but not my full 6 bottles a day goal. My food intake was sure not perfect yesterday....got too busy with work...but really did not have anything bad....except the "fat man's candy"...cheese slices for dinner...with some crackers and wine.

Thanks ag ain for doing this, I really appreciate it. It helps to be held accountable.

You are right, take it slow and you will be there before you know it  I am also trying to get back to my 8 bottles also...  it's seems like a little thing but so important in the big picture.

Let's have a race and see who posts first when we get 8 bottles in

Kathy ...It's deal....but I might be living in the bathroom by the time I get to EIGHT bottles......!...Is it jus****er???...I guess I can't count the Diet Green Tea bottles I drink every day....M.

Hi Kathy,

I had been slacking off on my exercise (since the heat) so I am committed now to get moving again.    I am not allowed to do any weights or basically anything with my shoulder since I'm going to PT.   I am just going to try and increase my walking and water.   I walked 4 miles on sunday morning outside and 1 1/2 on my treadmill Monday morning and last night only 30 minutes outside (the dogs were hot).   Ok no excuses I am going to do it!

We got your back  Do what you can and then try and increase it....  If you can hit the water in this heat, it's a great way to work out and cool off...

Hi Kathy and everyone.  I am getting in the swing of things.  I was swimming 3 days a week but then they had chlorine issues at the pool, so I took myself upstairs and rode a bike for 30 mins.  That was on Saturday.  I went on Monday again and rode the bike for 35 minutes and today I rode the bike for 40 minutes.  I got my heart rate up to 125 for 30 of those mins, which according to the machine, considering my age, was about right for cardio training. Its a shame that they don't have a place on those machine's that you could put in your weight. Then you could really get a more accurate idea of how you're doing.  Oh well. Then I came home and did three reps of 15 with my weights.  Gotta do something about these bat wings. they sure aren't going to go away on their own.
