Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 bacon.
snack: sugar free ice cream fortified with chocolate protein shake powder.
lunch a couple of bites of steak, brocolli, and a sugar free popsickle
snack: protein shake
dinner: chicken thigh and sweet tater
snack: protein shake powder mixed with soy milk and sugar free icecream. YUMMY.
What's eating me: hummm, okay, my husband is not cooperating with me and instead of hanging pictures, he is doing the geneology thing. crap.
