Hello ladies,this board looks very quiet, makes me wonder if people are hiding in the corners eating chocolates!
I am up and running after my fall. Thanks Annette for helping me yesterday. Thank you for listening to me, the call helped.
B- Eggs and Bacon L- Chinese style Chicken and Veggies D- Cottage Cheese and pineapple S- Strawberry shake...mmm.
I am consumed with doing the right thing these days, and I ask God to help me, 'cause I am not a saint!!

B:  1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1/8 c. chopped dates
S:  1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L:  3 oz peach mustard chicken, 3 oz marinated zucchini
S:  1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D:  3 oz garlic herb shrimp, 3 oz asparagus citrus salad
S:  4 oz SF cholate peanut butter pudding

Glad to see you back, Miss Linda....

Back to the basics this week since all the meds I had to take last week for the UTI and gout caused a wt gain...

B - 4 oz deli turkey, 1/2 pita
L - don't know going to a reunion, must be good
D - cottage cheese, tomato

So good to see you posting today.....keep improving

Linda....wooohooooo you are back!! I just can't seem to start my day without our little chat here. Annette did a great job as she is such a dear sweet person too. No one can quite take your place!!

Yes, my dear...please quit dancing on those tables!! I knew you would take a dive one of these times....LOL!!!!!!

Other than the bruises I hope you are doing better today.

It is good to see you back Linda,

Funny that you mentioned chocolate. I bought Tom a 3 Musketeers Bar while grocery shopping. He got his devilish grin and offered me a bite.  With my most charming smile I asked " Honey, have I EVER called you a ***** before today?" 

See, I'm no saint either. 

B - cottage cheese, blueberries, Kashi
L - salad with deli ham and colby cheese
D - chili - I'll probably toss some extra cheese on mine
S - apple and PB2

Hi there,

My goodness! You must stay upright from now on!

I just finished off a bowl (little) of cottage cheese and frozen (were fresh) blueberries. I love um!
Having salman kabob for dinner.

Trying to get busy with some organizing, laundry and other chores.
