What are we eating and what's eating us? Saturday for Linda

Hello everybody - I'm substituting for our Sister Linda, at her request.

She took a fall yesterday and is feeling the ill effects today, she plans to try and rest. Let's keep her in our prayers.

My menu doesn't change much each day. Last night Matthew and Melanie decided to feed Namma (that's me) goldfish crackers. My first since surgery. They were yummy good too.

Okay OFF family - what's going into you today?

PS - Tom and I are headed out soon so if I don't get back to you, I apologise in advance.

Thanks for doing this today.

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, & 1 tsp PB2
S1: 20 oz iced coffee w/ SF caramel syrup
S2: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L: 1 oz potatoless pancake, 3 slices tomato, 3/4 oz mozzarella cheese
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D: 2 oz peach mustard chicken, 1/4 c. marinated zucchini
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Jean, you make the most delicious looking menus! I am so happy to see your  post, it is great to have this spot here, because I need to give away my food each day,it keeps me more honest, and focused.

B-Boost and string cheese.....traveling down the road!
S-protein bar
L-pork tenderloin and corn on cob (very small potion of corn...wish I had room for more!!
S-sunflower seeds and melon
D-refried beans and cheese....small salad w/ veggies and cheese

Hi Annette: For breakfast, I had a 2-egg omelette this morning, with sauteed onions/green peppers. Lunch, chicken salad.
I choose to love myself, live life to the fullest, and encourage others to liberate themselves!
