Hello,  Finally got here....

B- decaf & eggbeaters & 2 sl turkey bacon
S- low carb yogurt
L- Peanut Butter & s/f blueberry jam, on low carb bread
S; strawberries & blueberries
D: crab cakes & ???

the apple cart is upside down today, had what I thought was my evaluations for wls....NOT, it was an evaluation for my clinics metabolic weight loss program.  This psych doesn't do evals for wls. She believes I can continue losing on my own w/o wls, but I need some better strategies to handle stress...........................
